🍂🎪 Come be a part of the BGSA PTA Fall Festival! 🎪🍂
 
We’d love to have you join us as a vendor for an evening of fall fun, community, and carnival excitement! Once your vendor fee is paid, we’ll send you a Vendor Agreement with all the important details and information you’ll need for the event. We can’t wait to have you be part of the fun! 

Date: October 16th, 2026 
 Event Time: 5-8 pm 
Set up: 1-4:30pm 
** no vehicles will be allowed on the field, you will need to make sure to bring a wagon etc. Each vendor space is roughly 10x10, if more room is needed please purchase accordingly**

Vendor Guidelines:
Each vendor host will be responsible for providing their own tent and/or tables for the event. BGSA PTA will not be able to provide any tents, tables, chairs, etc.
Vendor Booths/Tents MUST always have you or your adult designee present.
Electricity is not available and will not be provided. You may bring a generator if you require power.
Please remember the audience – this is a family-friendly event at an elementary school. Students’ ages are 4-11 years old, with many younger siblings in attendance.
Please be respectful of your neighbor’s tent space. Do not encroach on them or use their space.
Tents/tables may NOT display any of the following items or themes per National and State PTA regulations:
Excessive gore, blood, or body parts
Sex/pornography
Drugs/drug paraphernalia/drug use
Weapons (real or pretend)
Profanity of any kind
Open flames/fireworks/pyrotechnics
Political campaigns/party endorsements/anything else politically affiliated
